I am in my 20s and I don’t believe in all this global warming/climate change rubbish. I think the governments are using it as an excuse to tax and control people even more.
So if a lot of young people believe in all this climate change stuff am I doomed relationship wise? Should I just pretend to believe in it so girls will still go out with me?
There are just as many anti-science girls out there as there are guys, don’t worry. Try your local church.
I would think someone who believed in global warming was extremely gullible and not very intelligent when it comes to scientific matters. I have never met a girl that understood science at my level so I don’t use that as a disqualification. Her probable leftist politics would be a much larger problem.

You should be careful stating things like this, as your fellow deniers have been trying for some time to suggest that support for AGW in the general public is very low, you appear to be shooting that theory in the foot.

Personally, I’m attracted to highly intelligent women. If I knew a woman that had doubts about climate change backed up by real scientific reasons I would date her. If she were just ignorant of science like so many deniers, I would not be interested in her. But there are plenty of women like you, so you should not pretend.

Quick note to the public out there: The scientists who claim global warming is a hoax are a minority and many of them have ties to oil companies. Most climatologists agree that the planet is warming up.
Also, question, have you guys actually thoroughly investigated the science on both sides, or have you just been looking for support against it?

The first test should be if the other person is in favor of space exploration and nuclear power. You should have a very good relationship with such a person. If they are against either of them they are hopelessly anti technology and educationally stunted like most AGW believers and so would be very unsatisfactory for any thinking person.
