Ok skeptics lets put forward an argument that helps explain that the rate of climate change isn’t drastic!
I saw it somewhere on the Bushvision youtube channel.
Its not climbing THAT fast!
You guys gotta help me and no this isn’t homework!

If it is changing in the last decade, I for one don’t know if it is up or down and I pay attention. That is hardly a fast rate of change. A half degree to a degree in a century isn’t all that fast either. Those that suggest it is unusually fast are ignorant of the actual climate history.
Climate change is an issue used to distract people from the real problem: sustainability.
First Australia stopped denying AGW, now Brazil is falling for Al Gore’s global warming ‘hoax’ to raise their taxes as well. Now if we could just get the deadly, freak weather down there to settle down, then the ‘fraud’ will be revealed to be just a Hollywood movie style rain making machine, being paid for by the TRILLIONS of dollars Gore got from the TRILLIONS of suckers that paid to see his movie. Did you see how he’s putting all those fake stories of daily severe weather in the liberal news? A couple of teeny supercell thunderstorms, with winds of 120mph. Doesn’t that sound like just another liberal media exaggeration to you? Maybe the record setting flood in South Dakota was a fake too, and just photoshopped by the 0bama White House. Anything is easier to believe then what all the Scientists tell you, huh?.
Well if the rate of change is a concern the current warming is the slowest and smallest of the last 4 recorded warmings. The 1600 warm spike was the fastest up and down and the largest change from low to high and then low again of any on record. The 1400 spike was the second and our current one is the slightest amount of change at .7 in 150 years and the smallest increase from bottom of all recorded optimums. We do not yet know what the cool off will be so I can not comment on that.
So the 1600 spike is the most radical followed by the 1400 spike, the MWP and then the 1800 spike that was really even milder than our current one at the high than ours. Of course the Dalton solar minimum was also the mildest of the recorded solar minimums also with the Oort, Wolf and Maunder being much more severe.
The climate can change at a moment’s notice, that’s what Earth does. We don’t control the weather, and the climate does what it wants regardless of man,
Even if the climate changed quickly, that is still natural because nothing guarantees a slow and graceful change in the universe. Think, supernova.
On the other hand, severe flooding where none happened before is because we build in these areas, are shocked when millions of dollars in damage results, blame it on global warming or climate change. And amazingly enough, built in the same area, the same way.
Stop building on areas called FLOOD PLAINS! Stop building on fault lines, stop building giant homes on the beach, they’re going to be washed out to sea.
Do build rounded homes in hurricane prone areas. That way the wind goes around the house instead of trying to push it. For tornadoes, build the home out of solid and poured concrete. It now weighs 250 tons, it ain’t going anywhere. If that’s not practical, put a mesh fence around the house to break up the wind.
But we can’t build stupid and blame it on man’s activities when the weather does something we don’t like.
